Wyatt and Nathan came to my house to put in our new air conditioning and furnace and they did SUCH A GOOD JOB! They were also the nicest and most helpful people ever... I was honestly a little bummed when they left because they made the experience so enjoyable! They went above and beyond and made the process to easy and seamless. Working with Poudre Valley Air has been a really great experience overall, they are a no-BS company and extremely responsive. Rock Smith was the person who managed the entire project, and I even referred him to my parents for them to get a new unit at their house as well!

We have a service contract with PVA for our HVAC system. Furnace gets serviced once a year in the Fall and AC gets serviced once a year in the Spring (or in this case due to the pandemic, Summer). Today we had the AC service completed. We've owned this home less than a year. We knew the AC was old, but we did not know it was 25 years old! It's a York. They certainly don't build 'em like that anymore. Our tech was quite surprised to see how old it is and said it's 10+ years beyond it's expected life, but working perfectly. All tests spec'd out. I appreciate a reputable company with honest employees. Thanks, Jon.

I purchased my current air conditioner from Poudre Valley Air almost 20 years ago. A few years ago, PVA was not able to fit me in for a service call as soon as I needed, so I went with another company. After a horrible ecperience, it was a no brainer to go back with PVA.My AC was not working correctly. I called PVA this morning, and received a same day appointment. The service technician. Dane, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk with. The service was excellent, no upselling, and I was reminded why PVA has always been my go to. Thank you Dane for doing such an amazing job. We appreciate you and PVA!

Vance came out to work on our heat pump / AC unit and did a great job! PV Air was the third company to come out and try to fix it; a prior company recommended a ~$5,000 replacement job, but Vance took care of the problem in just a couple hours. Thank you!

Interviewed 5 companies and found PVA to have best quality at best price for us. Sales experience with Rock was very good--so far, everything promised has been delivered. Research said installation expertise is critical. Felt like we got the best with Wyatt W., Tyler O., and Dominik R. On time, professional, respectful and expert. New system was fantastic through the winter! Had no idea how out of whack our old set up was until we experienced the new PVA work. Looking forward to summer with new ac thanks to PVA!!

Poudre Valley Air delivered exceptional service and installation of a whole house humidifier and a new high efficiency 5" furnace filter system, with accommodating duct materials. Additionally, a modification to the duct system was necessary for the installation of additional laminated beams to support additional weight on the first floor. Poudre Valley performed the temporary removal and the replacement without any collateral damage, perhaps installing the removed materials to a better-than-original state.The service and installation was scheduled over three visits to accommodate the homeowners schedule, thus having experience with several PVA employees offering an opportunity to evaluate consistencies over time and personnel. Larry is a lead HVAC service representative who deserves recognition for his exceptional skills in the trade, quality workmanship, attention to detail, craftsmanship and polite respectful presentation. Tyler is another HVAC service representative who deserves recognition for his commitment, work ethics, efficiency, attention to detail, and polite, respectful presentation. Larry and Tyler were both respectful of our home. Any home repair service and/or system installation require some amount of intrusion to a home, and this is where Larry and Tyler working together as a team places these two individuals at the top for PVA.Rock Smith, the project manager provided the quotes for the work to be completed. Rock provided excellence in timeliness, estimates and oversight of the service installations and renovation work. Exceptional service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable technicians. My 35 yr old furnace went out yesterday morning and I am currently enjoying heat from my new Trane S8X1. The chihuahuas and myself are truly grateful, thanks again for all your help! Highly recommend!

I have the Continue Care maintenance plan with Poudre Valley air. They're always there to help (like when my old furnace died on the coldest day of the year!). Phillip is usually the technician who comes to my house and he's friendly, knowledgeable, gives me all the details I need and... my cat loves him! My furnace and AC keep working thanks to Poudre Valley Air!

The tech that came out was polite and informed he fixed our heater quickly and was polite with the kids running around and dogs. he fixed our heater after two day of it being broke from another company not fixing it. Thank you guys so much.
