“I apologize for being late with this feedback, but I had misplaced the card Dominick left with me. The service date was March 4, 2024. He and John did a quick and courteous Job under the contract maintenance inspection at Paula's home. They cleaned up after themselves and took the old filter with them.
While John was working on the furnace Dominick helped me change the batteries in the fire alarms. I had mentioned that I disliked heights and he volunteered. We got the step ladder together and then he took it around from alarm to alarm, which included going upstairs for one, replaced the batteries and took the ladder back to the garage.
I really appreciated his kindness and courtesy.”
